Order Pickup Policy
Pickup Available (currently AUCKLAND orders only).
This page will describe how Order Pickup will be handled and all information needed.
How to organise:
Select "Order Pickup" as the delivery option at checkout. Once order is confirmed please EMAIL Sales@ProductTrade.co.nz your order number and the date you plan to pick up the order. Please include a contact phone number in the email.
Is your order ready:
As soon as your order is ready to be picked up you will receive an email to let you know.
If you order now, when will it be ready:
We try our best to fulfil orders within 2 days. Please only come to pickup once you receive order ready EMAIL.
When you can pickup:
Minimum 2 days after you place your order.
For example if you place an order on Tuesday. The earliest you can pickup will be in 2 days being Thursday.
Monday 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
Tuesday 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
Wednesday 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
Thursday 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
Friday 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
Location of pickup:
48 Honan Place, Avondale, Auckland

How to collect your order:
1) Read this email web page
2) Submit a the form below with what day you want to pick up your order.
3) Wait for an email confirming the your pickup request.
4) Pick up your order!
